Sorry, MYTVINFO is no longer available.
It is with much regret that MYTVINFO LLC have informed us that they are no longer able to continue with the MYTVINFO DigiGuide service.
After some negotiation, we (GipsyMedia Limited, the UK makers of DigiGuide) were able to obtain the rights to the mytvinfo.com domain name so we can post some help and advice on the web site for you.
An alternative is available
We have a UK product at www.digiguide.com that is able to provide 'unofficial' support for USA listings through a third party (Zap2It.com) web site, but as we are totally unconnected with MYTVINFO LLC, we will not be able to continue or honour your existing MYTVINFO subscription.
However as a gesture of goodwill we are offering ex MYTVINFO LLC customers a complimentary 6 month subscription to our UK product if you wish to use DigiGuide and the external unofficial USA listings supply powered by Zap2it.com.
As DigiGuide (UK) is a different product by a different company using an unofficial source for listings, you will need to do a few things to get going if you wish to take us up on our complimentary offer:
- Download our latest UK version - you will need to create an account on our site first
- Once downloaded, install it over the top of your old MyTVinfo DigiGuide installation
- Visit Zap2it's Data Direct site and create an account (you will need a certificate code)
- Download the Data Direct Downloader Tool from our Community Area
- Read http://forums.digiguide.com/topic.asp?id=17475 for instructions and information on running and using this tool and Zap2It's service together.
- When everything is running okay, e-mail Miranda Wood to request your complimentary subscription. You will need to send her your MYTVINFO LLC PayPal receipt so she can verify you were an existing subscriber.
There is plenty of help in the our online Community Forums and a lot of discussion at the moment, so feel free to ask for any specific details on using the free tool.
Please bear in mind that DigiGuide UK is a separate product offered by a completely separate company to MYTVINFO LLC and so if you wish to continue past the 6 month complimentary subscription of our product, you will need to purchase a full subscription in the normal manner.
